Refund policy

At Enwar Watches, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The watch must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, protective films, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the collection of the item.


Return Process

After we receive the returned item and inspect it:

  • If the item is in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund.
  • If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components, the return may be declined.

We will notify you via email once your return has been reviewed and approved.


Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Watches that have been worn or resized
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
